Euclidean-distance Questions

I would like to calculate eucledian distance between lists inside a list and if that distance is smaller than threshold than get maximum element

I have 8 points in a list and i need to calculate euclidean distance between all possible pairs. i could write a for loop and go on calculating

I wrote function which calculates euclidean distance. return value of function doesn't fit in required accuracy range. i made all the variables
